Hello, my name is Shane Adreon and I am a digital product designer based in St. Louis, MO.

I split my time jumping from UX to UI to graphic design. I have also been known to function as a recreational front-end developer. I am a relentless advocate of human-centered design and I love educating my clients on the value of user testing. Check out some of my recent work below:

EXPERIENCE

2019 - Present / 1904labs
At 1904labs, I have been working with Edward Jones as a consultant to reimagine their Online Access platforms. This includes a web, IOS, and Android app. As part of this project, I worked on defining key user flows with Edward Jones CX Leads, then translating those flows into a user friendly interface. Lastly, creating high fidelity UI comps. Another key aspect of my role was working with web and mobile developers to ensure that the apps look and function as intended.

2016 - 2019 / OneSpace
At OneSpace we designed and launched two SASS software platforms, WorkStation and Project Center. In my role I am responsible for defining how users interact with the software as well as defining the UI look and feel. I am also in charge of user testing, and collecting user feedback for future iterations of the platforms.

2015 - 2016 / Citi

At my time at Citi I worked on an internal software application that was used to facilitate mortgage processing. My role entailed defining user stories, than creating functional prototypes that could be used for testing and engineering comps.

2011 - 2015
 / Moosylvania
I have had the pleasure of spending 4 years working at Moosylvania. At Moose, I was responsible for leading brand teams on digital projects. My everyday activities include creating user flows, site maps, wireframes, and page layouts. My job was to insure that all our digital work is current with the best practices in design and development. My team also facilitated full service usability testing and reporting.

 2006 - 2011 / Cfx
Cfx is a St Louis based ad agency. At Cfx, I was able to refine my graphic design and front-end development skills. My time was split between creating materials for print and digital media.

2004 - 2006 / Park University
At Park University, I worked with instructors to build online classrooms. Park is one of the largest online educators in the country. My primary goal was to convert the physical classroom into a meaningful digital experience.

EDUCATION

I cut my teeth on user experience design pursuing a degree in Industrial Design at the University of Kansas. The Industrial Design program always emphasized process drivin, user centric design solutions.
